Solar Impianti produces complete level powder coating lines for materials such as sheet and other metal, wood, MDF and glass.
The plant, which can be customized, comprises a spray booth with robotized spray guns, a gas-powered polymer dryer with radiant burners (radiant plates), a cooling system and, optionally, automated storage of finished products, while running continuously and moving the material along on rollers.
The main benefits of the level coating system are:
- Lower costs of manual labour and colour and energy consumption
