:: Roller kilns for ceramic tiles ::
The rollers kilns of Solarimpianti can adapt to the firing of any type of ceramic material, containing the energy and maintenance costs at a very minimum.
The construction is modular and does not call for the provision of foundations.
The insulation is composed of light refractory combined with ceramic fibres and has the possibility to operate at a temperature of 1350°C and beyond.
The roller can be driven by gears or chain.
The roller step may vary from: 35- 37,5- 45- 50 -60 mm and beyond, depending on the needs of the client.
The kiln can be heated: electrically, natural gas, LPG, Gasogene, Diesel, Kerosene.
